The construction industry is one of the largest economic sectors in the world, yet it consistently underperforms on productivity relative to its peers. The cause is not a shortage of talent or capital. It is the presence of manual coordination work embedded throughout the project lifecycle that has never been automated.

In the preconstruction phase, project teams spend significant time on regulatory research that should take seconds. In the design phase, BIM engineers generate documentation manually from data that already exists in the model. In the construction phase, information stalls at every handoff point between teams and software systems.

None of this is inherently difficult work. It is repetitive, high-frequency coordination that belongs to software rather than people. Other industries have automated it. Construction has not yet had the tools built specifically for how construction projects operate.

The model contains everything needed to generate documentation automatically. The coordinated design contains everything needed to drive fabrication. What is missing is the software layer that connects these data assets to the workflows that depend on them. That is what Swiftcon is building.

Mission

Build automation software that removes the manual coordination embedded in every phase of a construction project.

We begin with the phases where manual work is creating the greatest friction. We automate the specific workflow, ship it, and measure it against the time it was replacing. Then we connect that automation to the phases adjacent to it, until the handoffs between phases no longer require human intervention.

These are not aspirational statements. They are the operating constraints we apply when deciding what to build, how to build it, and when to ship it.

Begin with the phase

We map every construction project into its phases and identify where manual coordination is consuming the most time. Products are built to match the actual structure of how projects progress, not imposed on top of it.

Principle 02
Set a time requirement

Every Swiftcon product carries a measurable speed target before a line of code is written. A workflow that takes two days manually should take seconds when automated. That standard does not move until it is met.

Cite the source

Every output our software produces is traceable. Compliance results cite the governing ordinance. Fabrication data traces to the model element. Teams operating on complex, regulated projects need outputs they can verify and present in review.

Principle 04
Ship early, improve constantly

Construction workflows are diverse and complex. Building software that handles real cases requires shipping to real users, observing actual use, and iterating. We prioritise a working product over a comprehensive specification.

Principle 05
No implementation project

Every Swiftcon product should be operational in the first session. Construction teams work under schedule pressure and cannot absorb weeks of onboarding before software becomes useful. We build accordingly.

Connect the phases

The preconstruction analysis should feed the design model. The design model should drive fabrication. These connections do not currently exist in an automated form. Building them is what the Automation Platform is designed to do.
